Design Studios
Design compliant campaigns — and every message they send
Most 10DLC rejections are design problems: consent language missing a required disclosure, sample messages that drift from the use case, an opt-in flow a reviewer can't verify. The Design Studios in Tychron's Atlas portal catch those problems at the drafting stage — and give your team a place to design, preview, and test every SMS, MMS, and RCS message before it reaches a customer.
Compliance studios
The 10DLC Design Studios
10DLC Campaign Design Studio
Describe your messaging program in plain language — who you message, why, and how they said yes — and the studio drafts the registration itself: use-case description, message flow and CTA, sample messages, opt-in/HELP/STOP keywords with their auto-responses, policy links, and content attribute flags. Every field is shaped to what DCA and carrier reviewers actually check and copies straight into TCR registration.
Each design comes back with an honest compliance review: a 0–100 score, a READY / CONDITIONAL / REJECT verdict, the specific issues a reviewer would flag, and a plain-language action list for anything no amount of wording can fix — like a missing privacy policy on your site. Already registered? Point the studio at an existing campaign and it scores the program exactly as it runs today, with an upgrade path to a full redesign. Then refine in plain language — "make the samples friendlier" — and re-run. It even flags the hidden costs: messages that quietly double in price from curly punctuation get a one-click GSM-safe fix.
10DLC Opt-In Design Studio
The consent-capture counterpart: pick from nine opt-in methods — website form, keyword, QR code, invite link, verbal script, paper form, point of sale, in-app, and consumer-initiated — and the studio generates the working artifacts for each: functional consent pages styled after your site, word-for-word staff scripts, print-ready forms, QR payloads, and the full confirmation / HELP / STOP message set, with the complete disclosure checklist built into every one.
Behind every opt-in surface sits the part auditors ask about: the consent-evidence record. Generated flows capture the exact consent text a consumer saw (with integrity hashes), timestamps, and validation state — with support for PIN double opt-in and robust age gates where programs need them. The studio's evidence view verifies a record's integrity, checks it for completeness against the method's requirements, and exports a self-contained evidence document suitable for a carrier audit or a TCPA dispute. Retention guidance is built in: CTIA requires keeping records until at least six months after opt-out — Tychron recommends four years.
Both studios review against the same standards our vetting team applies to every campaign submitted through Tychron registration — the rules documented in our 10DLC Registration Guide.
Message studios
Design the message, not just the campaign
Three more studios in Atlas cover the messages themselves — so what your customers receive looks exactly the way you designed it:
- SMS Design Studio — compose and test-send real SMS with full control over encoding (GSM-7, Latin-1, UCS-2), message class, and priority — and see how content renders before it goes to production traffic.
- MMS Design Studio — build media messages with control over content types and delivery options, and preview how they land on Android and iPhone.
- RCS Design Studio — visually build RCS text, media, standalone rich cards, and carousels, then export the agent message payload your integration sends — pairs with RCS Business Messaging.

Built with the same care we ask of senders
The compliance studios are AI-assisted, and we hold that infrastructure to the standard you'd expect from a carrier: automated analysis runs on third-party AI infrastructure operated for Tychron under contract, configured to exclude your submitted content from training publicly available AI models. Website verification only accesses addresses you submit and authorize. Processing and retention are documented in our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and the Studios' own Terms & Conditions are available for download inside the product.
Design Studios FAQ
Does Studio output guarantee my campaign gets approved?
No — scores and verdicts are advisory assessments, and no tool can guarantee registration, approval, or deliverability. What the Studios do is eliminate the avoidable rejections: the missing disclosures, mismatched samples, and unverifiable opt-ins that cause most first-pass failures.
Who owns the consent records?
Your brand does — in every configuration. Whether records live on your own collection endpoint, Tychron stores backup copies, or Tychron operates the collection flow on your behalf, Tychron acts as a technical processor: export your records at any time as your own consent evidence, and compliance responsibility for the consent remains yours.
Is my content used to train AI models?
Content submitted to the compliance studios is processed by automated analysis systems, including third-party AI infrastructure operated for Tychron under contract — configured to exclude your content from training publicly available AI models. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do I still need a compliance review before launch?
Yes. Generated materials are informational, not legal advice — your compliance owner or counsel approves final versions before production use. The Studios make that review faster by handing over drafts that are already built to the checklist, with the reviewer's likely objections attached.
Which studios can I use today?
The SMS and MMS Design Studios are available now in your Atlas workspace. The RCS and 10DLC Design Studios are rolling out — talk to an expert or ask your account team about access, and we can run campaign and opt-in designs with you in the meantime.
